We guarantee that you’re going to love every last mouthful of House of Hickory’s premier hickory-smoked barbecue and signature side dishes. If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’ll make it right with either an appropriate replacement or a full refund (including the cost of shipping).

Return and Refund Policy
We do not accept any physical returns due to the perishable nature of our products.

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, House of Hickory will issue a full retail refund or replacement for an order of equal value. A replacement order will be fulfilled and shipped the next business day.
 
If the item of your choice is unavailable or does not meet our high standards, we may need to substitute an item of equal or greater value. We do allow substitutions of equal value. Substitutions should be requested to House of Hickory BBQ at 615.226.6266. When you place your order, you will automatically be given an arrival date based on the earliest possible shipping date and the shipping method you chose when you placed the order.  The appropriate shipping and handling charge will be applied to your order based on our shipping policy.
