You get five pounds of hickory smoked, slow cooked, Tennessee style pork barbecue. We use real hickory wood to smoke our pork shoulders for 12 hours. We use a light vinegar based mopping sauce that has all the Tennessee seasonings you love. Our pork is fork tender, but don’t use a fork because licking your fingers is part of the fun. Our pulled pork comes vacuum packed to preserve that “right off the pit” freshness. Vacuum bags can go into the freezer. Just heat pork in microwave, oven, or crockpot until temperture of bbq is 150 degrees. You will swear that the pork is fresh off the pit.
