You get two slabs of hickory smoked, slow cooked, St. Louis style ribs. We use real hickory wood to smoke our ribs for 6 hours. We use a brown sugar based rub that has all the seasonings that you would expect from authentic Tennessee barbecue. Our ribs are so tender that they practically fall off the bone. Ribs come vacuum packed to preserve that “right off the pit” freshness. Vacuum bags can go into the freezer. Just cut the corner of the bag to allow steam to escape and heat in the microwave for 2 minutes or less. You will swear that these ribs are fresh off the fire.
